Prime, Choice Carcasses Still Popular (12/13, Iowa Farmer Today)
Beef seedstock producers first heard the call to trim the fat and produce more Prime and Choice carcasses nearly 20 years ago, said Darrell Wilkes. Today, those calls are still being made. The industry's future, depends on answering those calls, he emphasized during the Dec. 2 beef seedstock conference.
