Complete a separate
pre-registration form for each individual, couple, or
family that will be picking up a registration packet at
the convention. REGISTRATION
Registration fee must be paid by all who
attend convention. Registration and name tags will be required
to enter all meetings and meal functions. Please list names of individual or family members
pre-registering in the comments box upon checkout.
